Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and secure the box for transit.

Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
